We finally got a chance to ride up to Snoqualmie Pass with our friend Matt. This will also be the last climb comparison. STP is too long and too flat to even compare.

That’s Matt double exposed tired and near a honeybucket; our favorite domicile.

This is the ride of rock climbers. There are a few places where they gather and climb the rocks. You can always tell because they get honey buckets. They also seem to do it near bridges. It was quite the party that day but later they were all gone.

Of course I planted a sticker right off. Looked like a great spot for one.

We always try to make sure Matt is fed and watered…or is that what she’s doing?

It really is a beautiful place.

Matt was likely turning into a creature of the night in the 2 mile tunnel, and on the other side I planted another sticker.

Ran into a couple of fellows from Maryland on e-bikes. We wondered why they had all these shotgun shells and turns out they were picking up the litter some people left at the Garcia trailhead.
They were quite generous and enthusiastically shared their Old Bay Goldfish Crackers. They were just brimming with Maryland pride.

Brenda loves sticking beer in her jersey and is making it a tradition. I will be making a video of this trip and posting to the new YouTube channel, Pangolin Posse Productions. Look out for it.
