In the area around where my stepmother Karen Sue lives, there’s a noted trail, the “Bizz” Johnson, named after the senator who made it happen. It goes from Susanville to Westwood, CA through the dry side of the Sierra Nevada. We started off with my brother Don and his wife Shyla on their fat tire trikes.

We saw some snow, and of course planted a sticker.
